gENERAL PARK RULES
Failure to comply with park rules will result in immediate ejection from the park without refund
- No re-entry allowed
- Swimsuits required-no jeans or makeshift swimsuits. Modest swimwear is required. Attire must be appropriate for a family environment.
- NO outside food, beverages or coolers permitted. Concessions are available on site. Some infant/diabetic items are permissible with approval of site management
- All bags are checked at entrance
- NO tobacco products, electric cigarettes/cigars, tobacco products or alcoholic beverages permitted in the facility
- All life vests or jackets must be United States Coast Guard approved. Inflatable floats are not allowed in facility.
- Children 13 years of age and under, must be accompanied by a responsible guardian (18 years of age or older)
- MUST be 14 years of age to enter without supervision. Proof of age required
- SPAR staff reserves the right to remove and/or refuse entrance to uncooperative patrons
- ALL TRANSACTIONS ARE FINAL. In case the facility closes due to inclement weather, unforeseen aquatic circumstances and/or public safety concerns, SPAR has the right to cancel reservations. No refund will be issued.
- Slide riders must meet minimum height requirement and maximum weight requirement
- All patrons are required to wear their swim attire at their waistline. Any offense will result in immediate removal from SPAR Waterpark
- Any child who is not potty trained must wear a special aquatics swim diaper in the pool area
- Non-swimmers should put on a life jacket and be accompanied by an adult who can swim
- No outside balls, fun noodles, inflatable devices, kick boards, or water guns permitted in the facility
- SPAR is not responsible for any lost/stolen items while visiting the facility
- No amplified music or boom boxes are permitted
- Abusive behavior, vulgar language, or profanity will not be tolerated. Offenses are subject to immediate removal from SPAR Waterpark with NO REFUND
- Neither pets nor animals of any kind are permitted inside SPAR Waterpark. See Service Animals under Guest Services for more information
- Drones are not permitted on property of Sulphur Parks & Recreation
- No running inside the facility
- No diving at SPAR Waterpark. Head first entry into the water is prohibited. Water depths of 3 feet 6 inches are not safe for diving
- Food and drinks are prohibited in pool water
- PATRONS ASSUME ALL RISK OF INJURY DUE TO MISUSE OR FAILURE TO FOLLOW THESE RULES OR ANY OTHER RULES STATED THROUGHOUT THE SPAR WATERPARK RECREATION CENTER. USE OF ATTRACTIONS AT YOUR OWN RISK
- Photos and video may occasionally be taken at the park. Visitors agree to allow SPAR to use this media in publications and advertisements
- STATE LAW REQUIRES ALL RIDERS TO OBEY ALL WARNINGS AND DIRECTIONS AND BEHAVE IN A MANNER THAT WILL NOT CAUSE OR CONTRIBUTE TO INJURING THEMSELVES OR OTHERS. RIDERS SHOULD REPORT ALL INJURIES BEFORE LEAVING THE PREMISES
